Tali Sealman is an associate in the Business department of Cooley and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Ms. Sealman's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, and she has represented a variety of public and private companies from various industries, including Silicon Graphics, Power Integrations, Applied Materials and eBay.

- Silicon Graphics, Inc.'s acquisition of Silicon Graphics Ltd.
- Power Integrations' multiple acquisitions and option arrangements, including SemiSouth Semiconductors and Qspeed.
- PGP Corporation's acquisition of Chosen Security
- PGP Corporation's $330 million sale to Symantec
- Open Feint's $104 million sale to Gree, Inc.
- Symyx Technologies' $335 million merger of equals with Accelrys
- Leo Pharma's $287 million acquisition of Peplin, Inc.
- Merger of equals between Oclaro, Inc. and Avanex
- Cardio Mems' $375 million option sale arrangement and $60 million investment by St. Jude Medical, Inc.
- eBay's acquisition of Fraud Sciences for $169 million
- Jazz Pharmaceutical's acquisition of Azur Pharma and reorganization on a combined value of $2.1 billion
Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Sealman worked with Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co. in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Prior to her work there, Ms. Sealman has served in the Intelligence Department of the Israeli Defense Force.
Ms. Sealman earned her LL.M (as Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) from Columbia Law School. She received her LL.B, magna cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University Law Faculty, where she was named on the Dean's List twice. Ms. Sealman is fluent in Hebrew.
Ms. Sealman is a member of the Israel Bar, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
