Lesse Castleberry is a partner in the Firm's Tax practice. He joined Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP in 1984, which merged into Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in 2006. He is resident in the New York office.
Mr. Castleberry has extensive experience in structuring business transactions, including start-ups, joint ventures, spin-offs and acquisitions. He has also counseled and represented clients in a wide variety of controversies at the federal, state and local level.
Mr. Castleberry is an adjunct professor of law in the Graduate Tax Division of the New York University School of Law.
Mr. Castleberry is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar and several federal courts.
He is also a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
