Cooley Represents Mental Health Care Recipients in Successful Suit to Preserve Care (Sacramento Bee)
Cooley recently represented mental health care recipients in a successful settlement of a lawsuit against Sacramento County. The recipients were suing to prevent the abrupt disruption of outpatient services in violation of state and federal law. The Cooley team served as co-counsel with the Western Center on Law and Poverty and Disability Rights California.
