Cooley Partner Heidi Keefe Named Top Woman Litigator
Palo Alto, Calif. – May 17, 2010 – Heidi Keefe, a partner in Cooley's
Intellectual Property Litigation practice, has been named one of California's "Top Women Litigators of 2010" by California legal newspaper
The Daily Journal.
The annual list recognizes women litigators in California who have successfully litigated significant cases and who have established themselves as leaders within their firm, area of practice and the profession at large.

Keefe, who is based in Cooley's Palo Alto office, is a former astrophysicist and registered patent attorney. She represents companies in a wide range of highly technical patent trials involving electronics, software, medical devices and e-commerce. She is currently serving as the outside patent litigation counsel for the international social networking company Facebook.
