Partner Comments on Suit Against National Retailer (The Wall Street Journal)
Partner Ronald Sussman commented on a lawsuit stemming from Target Corp's sale of the Mervyn's department store chain in 2004 and the retailer's eventual bankruptcy filing in 2008. Cooley is representing the official committee of unsecured creditors of Mervyn's in bringing the suit.
